To use this feature, registrants add the universal registry bookmark to their browser. The universal registry feature allows registrants to add items from other non-Target sites to their Target registry.

If you haven’t already, create a Target baby registry. Accessing Barcode from Mobile Device or Desktop. Guest Services can scan your barcode from a print out or from your mobile device. Whether you created your baby registry in a store or online, you can pick up your welcome kit at Guest Services at your store. When you create a Target baby registry, Welcome Kit offers are automatically added to your Target Circle™ offer list in the Target app and on. You can also add items from other sites with universal registry. Select the item, then check the Prioritize as most wanted check box. Once you've added items to your registry, on your registry’s Home page, select My registry from the top navigation. To let friends and family know which items you want the most on : Select the item, then use the " –" or " +" buttons to adjust the quantity requested. To adjust the requested quantity, select My registry from the top navigation. Select the Add to registry button next to an item to add it to your registry. Select items may not be eligible for registry. To find items, you can browse by category, use our Checklist or other lists for inspiration, or search for items using the search bar. Select Add items from the top navigation to begin building your registry. Visit the Registry page and select your registry. Once you’ve created a registry, you can add items on or in store by visiting Guest Services.
